  I only shop Superstore as it is the only store which I can walk to.
  In comparison to the Joseph Howe location it is inferior due to an inferior selection of merchandise, especially in the meat department. Poor layout and placement of specials is confusing.
  
  The staff is extremely unhelpful that's when you can find someone. I am visually impaired and need a white cane which makes shopping there more of a challenge. The floor staff have time to talk to other employees; however if I am unable to find an item My request is treated as if it is an extreme inconvenience!!!!
  
  When I am going through the checkouts my white cane is visible, but it never fails the cashiers ask "how are you paying for this" without telling me how much it costs. When I then ask what the total is with my cane visible their look is one of are you stupid or illiterate.
  
  I find all of these incidences very insulting and degrading.
  
  I don't expect anything will change but I wanted to let others know my feelings.

  A big store with lots of items on sale regularly. Prices are quite cheap, this place can be really busy at times.
