  This place feels like it's undergoing changes, for the better. The food is comfort food. Decent choices and good prices. They need to make the place more bright and definitely it in need for a renovation. Other than that if you like a local place that's quick and decent, this is the place for you.

  So I've been here several times now, and I have to say that the menu has yet to disappoint. It's got good variety without being overwhelming, and their Thursday Night wings are pretty good (if you're into that sort of thing). You get good value for the money here, and there isn't anything that will overwhelm you. As far as pub food goes, this place does it great. The only thing I'd change is to maybe have a few more "heart healthy" options on the menu. Most everything is fried in some capacity, so if you're watching calories or things like that you can be pretty limited. That said, I'd think most people careful of those kinds of things would be looking for a different sort of place to eat anyway.
  
  I've enjoyed everything I've had on the menu so far, with a BIG shout out to the fish tacos. Very tasty indeed, and worth a try.

  Great pub, staff are awesome. Good food, pool tables, sports on tv, nice large bar with stools. Never been here at night but they have a big open area for shows.

  The food was great , no prob there but the service was dismal, worst ever. There was a good crowd as there was a trivia night going on. However there were a lot of serving staff on the floor. Unfortunately our server just somehow blocked us out. I waited and waited but went to bar for our drinks.Eventually we got the attention of another server who said she would get our server. Eventually she came over took our order for one food, it was getting so late by this time I'd lost interest. She went away and after a while we needed more drinks, well that was a lost cause, so we went to bar again. Waited ages for food, one burger and fries, dont know if it was kitchen or server. She came back, gave my husband food, went to get a knife and fork, no napkin, and went off again. We were putting on our coats when she came back to ask if we had had a bill....... Will go back at lunch time, never again in the evening. Perhaps they need a manager who can manage staff. It was an awful experience. With restaurants and bars closing all the time why would this restaurant hire such good chefs and poor serving staff.

  Stopped in here during Burger Week to try their "Spaco" Burger. It was quite good. Spanish chorizo and fried jalepenos on the burger. Very tasty. Caesar salad was bland/typical. My issue was not so much the food but the experience. First it is a bit "different" environment. Mentally I was expecting pub of course but not the amount of video lottery terminals and off-track betting facility. Seemed a bit of a disjoint with this against the "Paint Night" that was going on for around 30-40 people. I am sure it was a good fundraiser for a charity unfortunately the loudspeakers the managers had setup pointed directly into the eating area making it extremely hard to have a normal conversation at the tables. They were also completely unprepared staffing wise for the volume of people there. It took over 20 minutes to even get a menu/waited on. I will probably give them another go for a meal at some point as it may have been a one of situation but I will not be rushing back.
