  Okay so I do not go to Starbucks often but when I do it is a treat and the staff make sure of that!
  
  Today however they went above and beyond! I ordered a grande Green Tea Latte. So delicious! I was sipping on it as it was a little too hot to drink and had maybe three sips out of it, when I noticed that some syrup was on the bottom of the cup. I went up and asked the baraista if I could maybe grab a new cup as it was super sticky. She said no, they would make me a completely new drink. I felt horrible but wow Starbucks above and Beyond! You sure Wowed me!

  Great service, great staff, and the location is top notch. Other Starbucks locations in the area should strive to mirror this location.

  Line up of people here and manager and staff stood in the way discussing work issues. Should be behind the scenes. Help customers, not get in the way.
